POSITION:- WELDER/ FITTER
Job description:-
We are looking for a skilled Welder/Fitter with experience in Precast Mould/Steel Fabrication. The candidate will handle fabrication, welding, and finishing of Moulds ensuring high quality and durability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of ARC/ MIG welding for MS and SS
- Fabrication of Prefabricated Structures & Moulds
- Read and understand fabrication drawings and measurements
- Cutting, fitting, and assembling metal components (MS & SS)
- Ensure smooth finishing, alignment, and strong joints
- Use tools like cutting machine, grinder, welding machine, drill, etc.
- Maintain quality standards and minimize material wastage
- Follow safety procedures during operation
- Support site installation work when required
Required Skills:
- 1–3 years experience in MS & SS fabrication work
- Strong knowledge of ARC & MIG welding techniques
- Ability to handle SS finishing (clean welding, less spatter)
- Knowledge of Mould structures and fabrication methods
- Ability to work independently and in a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- ITI in Welding / Fitter
- Experience in custom mould design and fabrication (preferrable)
- Basic knowledge of polishing and finishing for metals
- Experience in a Precast manufacturing company is preferred
- Knowledge in Sheet metal fabrication is preferred.
