Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Kitchen Manufacturing & Equipment Specialist who has strong knowledge of commercial kitchen design, fabrication, manufacturing, installation, and project execution. The ideal candidate should understand stainless steel kitchen equipment, food service operations, and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute commercial kitchen manufacturing projects.
- Prepare equipment layouts and coordinate with design and production teams.
- Handle fabrication of stainless steel kitchen equipment.
- Select and specify commercial kitchen equipment based on project requirements.
- Coordinate procurement, production, installation, and commissioning.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and kitchen layouts.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, and contractors.
- Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct site visits, measurements, and inspections.
- Resolve technical issues during manufacturing and installation.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment and manufacturing.
- Experience in stainless steel fabrication.
- Understanding of kitchen workflow and food service operations.
- Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and technical layouts.
- Knowledge of exhaust systems, ventilation, refrigeration, and utility connections.
- Good communication and project management skills.
- Problem-solving and coordination abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Hospitality Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in commercial kitchen manufacturing or kitchen equipment projects.
