Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Track, stock, and organize parts in the warehouse or dealership, performing regular stock checks to ensure accuracy.
- Order Fulfillment: Receive and process orders from service technicians (job cards) and customers, ensuring timely supply.
- Procurement & Coordination: Liaise with vendors, manufacturers, and manufacturers (OEMs) to order new stock and manage backorders.
- Sales and Billing: Sell parts to retail customers and mechanics, managing invoicing, billing, and warranty documentation.
- Customer Service: Assist clients in identifying necessary parts and resolve issues with parts availability.
