Roles:
- Build and maintain business dashboards for production, QA, and management teams.
- Generate real-time reports and performance tracking dashboards.
- Develop automation solutions using Google AppScript and AppSheet.
- Automate reporting processes and workflow management systems.
- Manage and organize large datasets.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility across departments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Generate business insights and operational reports for management.
- Handle daily MIS-related issues and troubleshooting.
- Provide technical support for reporting and automation systems.
- Assist in developing flow management systems and internal tools.
- Work with APIs and integrate business applications where required.
- Coordinate with Production, QA, and Management teams to understand reporting requirements.
- Implement data-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency.
Qualification:
- BCA
- B.Sc. IT
- Computer Engineering
- Any Technical Graduate
- Relevant IT/Software background preferred
