1. Prepare and maintain manpower costing reports.
2. Complete employee joining formalities and documentation.
3. Manage overall manpower planning and deployment.
4. Create and maintain employee records in the ERP system.
5. Generate and process statutory payments, including PF, ESIC, Professional Tax (PT), and Labour Welfare Fund (LWF).
6. Handle payroll-related activities for contractors, on-roll employees, and daily wage workers, including overtime, advances, loans, and bonus calculations.
7. Manage workforce administration, including labour colony, canteen, transportation, and housekeeping operations.
8. Coordinate with hospitals and medical service providers for workers' health and emergency requirements.
9. Manage petty cash and maintain accurate expense records.
10. Prepare and maintain HR documents required for internal, statutory, and customer audits.
11. Support compliance activities and ensure timely submission of required records.
12. Perform any other tasks or responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager or senior management.
