Key ResponsibilitiesReception & Front Desk
- Welcome and assist walk-in clients professionally.
- Handle incoming phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and appointment bookings.
- Manage the reception area and maintain a positive customer experience.
- Coordinate daily appointments with salon staff.
CRM & Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Follow up with clients for appointments, feedback, birthdays, memberships, and promotional offers.
- Track leads and ensure timely follow-up.
- Build long-term relationships with customers.
Sales & Business Development
- Convert inquiries into salon services and academy admissions.
- Promote salon packages, memberships, beauty services, and professional makeup courses.
- Achieve monthly sales and lead conversion targets.
- Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns.
Administrative Tasks
- Prepare invoices and process payments.
- Maintain daily reports and sales records.
- Coordinate with the management team for operational support.
- Handle basic documentation and office administration.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi (English is an added advantage).
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and basic computer operations.
- Experience in CRM software or customer management is preferred.
- Strong sales, persuasion, and customer handling skills.
- Well-groomed personality with a positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Graduate or Undergraduate (Any Stream).
- 1–3 years of experience in Reception, Customer Service, CRM, or Sales is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills may also apply.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
