Job Description:
We are seeking a smart, dynamic, and motivated Resident Architect with 1-3 years of experience to join our team and take on a key role in coordinating with consultants and ensuring the accuracy of architectural drawings. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled architect to play a vital role in the design process and contribute to the successful execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and internal teams for design-related requirements.
- Manage and document drawings, revisions, and approvals systematically.
- Maintain records of issued drawings, BOQs, and project correspondence.
- Review drawings and ensure coordination between architectural, structural, and MEP consultants.
- Conduct regular site visits to verify on-site execution as per approved drawings and design intent.
- Identify discrepancies between drawings and site conditions, and report for necessary action.
- Follow up with consultants and vendors for pending drawings/details.
- Prepare meeting minutes and track action items until closure.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in architectural design, coordination, and drawing review.
- Good understanding of architectural/interior drawings and construction documentation.
- Ability to read and coordinate working drawings.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented in documentation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and MS Office (knowledge of Revit is an added advantage).
- Good knowledge on latest materials/products available in the market.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
