About the Role
We are looking for an AI Implementation Executive – Accounts who will be responsible for identifying, implementing, and managing AI-driven solutions within the Accounts & Finance department. The role focuses on automating accounting processes, improving reporting accuracy, streamlining financial workflows, and enhancing productivity through the effective use of AI tools and technologies. The candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting operations along with the ability to integrate AI-based solutions into day-to-day finance activities.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Implement AI tools and automation solutions in finance and accounting operations.
✅ Automate repetitive accounting tasks and improve workflow efficiency.
✅ Generate MIS reports, dashboards, and financial insights using AI and analytics tools.
✅ Work with Tally, ERP systems, and finance teams to streamline processes.
✅ Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and process standardization.
✅ Identify opportunities to reduce manual efforts and increase productivity.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Accounts & Finance processes
- Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Claude, etc.)
- Advanced Excel and MIS Reporting
- Tally Prime / ERP Software
- Data Analysis and Process Automation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
Preferred Candidate Profile
✔ 2+ years of experience in Accounts, MIS, Finance Automation, or AI Implementation.
✔ Ability to understand business processes and implement technology-driven solutions.
✔ Experience in retail, manufacturing, or service industries will be an added advantage.
