About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Backend Developer Intern to join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of backend development and databases, along with an interest in working with modern AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code and Codex.
This internship will provide hands-on experience in backend development, API development, databases, testing, debugging, and deployment while working on real-world projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and maintaining backend applications and APIs.
- Work with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code.
- Debug and troubleshoot backend-related issues.
- Collaborate with frontend developers and other team members.
- Learn and implement backend frameworks, tools, and best practices.
- Support testing, integration, and deployment activities.
- Use AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code and Codex to improve development efficiency.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience or familiarity with AI CLI tools such as Claude Code and Codex.
- Basic knowledge of Python, Node.js, Java, or PHP.
- Understanding of REST APIs and backend development concepts.
- Familiarity with databases and SQL queries.
- Knowledge of Git/GitHub is a plus.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Eligibility
Candidates who meet the following criteria can apply:
- Pursuing or recently completed B.Tech, BCA, MCA or a related course.
- Available for a full-time, in-office internship in Gurugram.
- Available for the complete 6-month internship duration.
- Have relevant technical skills and a strong interest in backend development.
