Personal Secretary to Managing Director (MD)
Job Location: Cochin, Kerala
Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and professional Personal Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the Managing Director. The ideal candidate should be proactive, discreet, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the MD's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Screen calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely follow-up.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD.
- Maintain confidential documents and records with a high level of discretion.
- Organize meetings, events, and business schedules.
- Handle correspondence and ensure smooth day-to-day executive operations.
- Assist the MD with administrative and business-related tasks as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Personal Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kochi, Kerala (Kochi): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
