Hiring: Back Office Executive (1+ Year Experience) | CA Firm (Bhilai)
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Executive to join our Chartered Accountant firm. The role involves managing client interactions, handling billing operations, and supporting day-to-day office and compliance activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients and understand their service requirements
- Explain firm services such as GST, Income Tax Filing, Company Registration, Trademark, etc.
- Prepare and manage invoices, billing records, and payment follow-ups
- Maintain proper documentation of client data and transactions
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery
- Handle routine office work and administrative support
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year experience in CA firm work, client coordination, or billing/invoicing
- Basic understanding of taxation, compliance, or accounting processes
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized and detail-focused approach to work
- Comfortable working in an office environment in Bhilai
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of GST / ITR processes
- Familiarity with MS Excel and basic accounting tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
