Telecaller Job Description – Telecaller Executive
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, confidence in speaking with customers, and the ability to generate leads, handle client queries, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products/services.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up with existing and potential clients regularly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/software.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred).
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional languages (if required).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, email handling).
- Ability to convince and negotiate with clients.
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support is a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident personality.
