An MST (Multi-Skilled Technician or Maintenance Supervisor Technician) is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment and systems across multiple technical disciplines to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
- Maintenance and Repairs: Perform routine inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on machinery, equipment, and systems to maintain operational efficiency
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues across multiple systems, often in high-pressure or mission-critical environments
- Operational Support: Assist in logistics coordination, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and provide real-time solutions to operational challenges
- System Efficiency: Monitor and maintain equipment performance, implement preventive maintenance, and reduce operational costs
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections to support operational planning and compliance
