Job Summary We are looking for a passionate and experienced Graphic Designer Trainer to deliver high-quality training, mentor students, and help them build strong creative careers through hands-on learning and real-world projects. Key Responsibilities Design and update structured training programs covering design fundamentals, UI/UX basics, and portfolio development Conduct engaging in-person and online training sessions using project-based learning Provide hands-on training on industry-standard design, video, motion, UI, and 3D tools Demonstrate live software workflows and guide students through real-world projects Evaluate assignments and portfolios, providing constructive feedback and mentorship Assess student progress and provide additional support where required Stay updated with current design, motion, 3D, and AI-assisted design trends Collaborate with trainers and internal teams to maintain training quality and industry relevance Prepare and maintain training materials, lesson plans, and resources Foster a positive, disciplined, and creative learning environment Eligibility / Who Can Apply Candidates who meet the following criteria can apply: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Graphic Design, Motion Design, UI/UX, or Training Candidates must be based in Mumbai Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills Skills Required Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator Adobe InDesign Adobe Premiere Pro Adobe After Effects Adobe Animate Figma Blender 3D Autodesk Maya DaVinci Resolve Other Requirements Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, layout, typography, motion graphics, and multimedia projects Prior teaching, mentoring, or corporate training experience is preferred Ability to explain complex design tools and workflows in a simple, learner friendly manner Industry exposure through agency, studio, freelance, or personal creative projects Willingness to learn new tools (including AI for design) and adapt course content as per industry trends Salary Annual CTC: ₹2,00,000 – ₹3,50,000 (based on experience and skills) How to Apply Interested candidates can share their updated resume and portfolio at: [email protected]
