Key Responsibilities Consulting, Research & Advisory support
- Development of technical proposals, consulting frameworks, methodologies, ToC frameworks and sampling approaches.
- Conduct secondary research and sectoral analysis
- Assist in designing quantitative and qualitative research tools
Field Research & Data Management
- Conduct, Coordinate & support field studies, surveys, FGDs and KIIs
- Manage, clean and analyse datasets using Excel/SPSS/STATA (preferred)
- Ensure data quality, triangulation and interpretation of findings
Reporting & Documentation
- Contribute to preparation of:
· Impact assessment reports
· Baseline/end-line studies
· Presentations and executive summaries
· Case studies and knowledge documents
- Translate data and field insights into actionable recommendations and advisory insights. Coordination
- Coordinate with clients, thematic experts, field teams and implementation partners
- Support project documentation and timeline management
Relationship Management & Technology Platform Implementation
· Build relationships with NGOs, CSR Foundations and Corporate CSR teams.
· Identify prospective clients and implementation partners.
· Support implementation and onboarding of Transunifyy's CSR & NGO Management Platform
· Liaise with product and technical teams.
· Gather client feedback for product improvements.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
