Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Team Leader to lead and motivate a team of sales executives in achieving business targets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving property sales, managing customer relationships, coaching the sales team, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
- Monitor daily sales activities and provide regular performance feedback to team members.
- Generate and manage qualified leads through various marketing and referral channels.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
- Assist sales executives in closing high-value deals and negotiating with customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
- Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries and customer interactions.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 1–2 years in a team leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

- Ability to handle customer objections and close sales effectively.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
