Job Overview:
We are a growing e-commerce business seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to manage day-to-day operations and support overall business growth. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, adaptable, and eager to learn multiple aspects of online business management.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily order flow, including processing, packing coordination, and shipment creation to ensure timely dispatch
- Manage end-to-end product listings, ensuring all details such as titles, descriptions, pricing, inventory and images are accurate and up to date
- Create and optimize SEO-friendly content using relevant and trending keywords to improve product visibility
- Regularly review and update pricing, offers, and product information based on business needs
- Handle customer interactions across calls, messages, and emails, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of queries
- Keep organized records of orders, returns, and stock movements for smooth operations
- Support basic advertising efforts on online platforms and assist in implementing simple growth strategies
- Monitor product and sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting actionable ideas
Required Skills:
- Basic computer and internet proficiency
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail and good organizational ability
- Basic understanding of e-commerce and digital platforms (preferred)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
