Job Title: E-commerce Executive
Experience- 1-3 years
Salary- 30k-35k
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and process daily orders across platforms such as Amazon, Temu, eBay, and Shopify
· Monitor order status, returns, cancellations, and ensure timely fulfilment
· Handle backend operations, including product listings, inventory updates, and pricing adjustments
· Coordinate with internal teams (operations, warehouse, customer support) to ensure smooth workflow
· Assist in resolving order-related issues and customer queries
· Follow marketplace guidelines and ensure compliance with platform policies
· Take ownership of assigned tasks and complete them within deadlines
Requirements:
· Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
· Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Temu, eBay, Shopify) is preferred
· Basic English communication skills (written and verbal)
· Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
· Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
· Willingness to learn new tools, platforms, and processes
· Team player with good coordination skills
Ability to handle responsibilities assigned by senior team members
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
