Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Industrial Safety or related field
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and enforce workplace safety regulations and standardsConduct regular safety inspections and risk assessmentsIdentify hazards and recommend corrective actionsEnsure proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)Conduct safety training and awareness programs for employeesInvestigate accidents and prepare incident reportsMaintain safety records and documentationEnsure compliance with legal and company safety requirementsCoordinate with management to improve safety practicesMonitor fire safety systems and emergency procedures
Skills Required:
Knowledge of safety laws and regulationsBasic understanding of risk assessmentGood communication and reporting skillsAttention to detailAbility to conduct training sessions
