Position 1: Tele Caller Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Follow up with property inquiries and generate appointments.
- Maintain customer records and update lead status.
- Coordinate with the sales team for client meetings.
- Provide project information and resolve customer queries.
Requirements
- Experience in real estate telecalling preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
Position 2: Marketing Executive
Job Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads for residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct site visits with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with the sales team to achieve business targets.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into sales.
- Promote company projects through online and offline marketing activities.
Requirements
- Experience in the real estate industry preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
