Job Title: Customer Service Representative (International Voice Process)

Position Summary
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to handle customer queries related to policies and claims through international voice support. The ideal candidate will provide accurate information, resolve customer concerns professionally, and ensure an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails.
* Resolve customer queries using available resources and process guidelines.
* Address customer complaints and escalations professionally.
* Maintain accurate call logs and customer documentation.
* Research customer issues and escalate unresolved cases to the appropriate team.
* Support reporting and operational analysis activities.
* Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting quality standards.
Additional Responsibilities
* Attend training sessions and process updates.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
* Adapt to changing business processes and requirements.
* Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
Required Skills & Competencies
* Excellent English communication skills (Verbal & Written).
* Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Customer-focused attitude with good interpersonal skills.
* Quick learner and effective team player.
* Willingness to work in 24×7 rotational shifts.
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Graduate)
Experience:
* Analyst: 1–3 years of experience in an International Voice Process.
* Senior Analyst: 3–6 years of experience in an International Voice Process.
Notice Period: Immediate joiners or candidates serving up to 30 days’ notice are preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
* Analyst: Up to ₹5.30 LPA
* Senior Analyst: Up to ₹6.80 LPA
