Balrampur Multi-Speciality Hospital is seeking qualified Staff Nurses to join its nursing team. The position is suitable for nursing professionals who are committed to providing safe, compassionate, and quality patient care in a multi-speciality hospital environment.
Selected candidates will work as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team and will be responsible for providing nursing care, monitoring patients, maintaining clinical documentation, and following hospital protocols.
Areas of Work
Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe and compassionate nursing care to patients.
- Monitor patients and report changes in their condition to the appropriate medical team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the treating physician.
- Monitor and record vital signs and patient progress.
- Assist doctors and other healthcare professionals during clinical procedures.
- Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
- Follow established clinical, safety, and infection-control protocols.
- Educate patients and caregivers regarding treatment and basic post-care instructions.
- Maintain professional standards of patient care and confidentiality.
- Coordinate effectively with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Work rotational shifts according to departmental requirements.
Eligibility
- GNM, B.Sc. Nursing, or Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing.
- Valid Nursing Council Registration.
- Freshers may apply.
- Candidates with up to 2 years of relevant hospital experience may apply.
- Experience in General Ward or Private Ward is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month, depending on qualifications, relevant experience, and role suitability.
