About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Analytics Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SAS Programming and the SAS Viya platform. The ideal candidate should have practical experience developing analytical solutions and working within the SAS Viya ecosystem. Experience in SAS Visual Data Mining and Machine Learning (VDMML) and SAS Intelligent Decisioning on the SAS Viya platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, validate, and deploy analytical models using SAS Viya.
- Work with SAS Studio, Model Studio, and related Viya applications.
- Build and maintain data pipelines and feature engineering workflows.
- Translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
- Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders.
- Support SAS Intelligent Decisioning workflows and decision logic.
Required Skills:
- 3–7 years of hands-on experience with SAS.
- Strong knowledge of Base SAS, SAS Macro, and PROC SQL.
- Practical experience with the SAS Viya platform.
- Experience with statistical or machine learning model development.
- Hands-on experience with SAS Intelligent Decisioning.
- Proficiency in Python or R.
- Relevant SAS Certification.
- Proven experience in client-facing or consulting environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience handling large datasets and data transformation.
- Excellent communication skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
