Job Description
We are looking for a talented and motivated Architect to join our team in BRS Nagar, Ludhiana. The ideal candidate should have a B.Arch degree with a minimum of 1 year of professional experience and a strong understanding of architectural design and execution.
Responsibilities
- Develop architectural plans, layouts, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
- Prepare working drawings and coordinate with consultants and site teams.
- Assist in residential and commercial architectural projects.
- Ensure designs are practical, functional, and aesthetically appealing.
- Coordinate design development from concept to execution.
- Visit sites when required and resolve design-related issues.
- Prepare drawings and presentations using relevant architectural software.
Requirements
- B.Arch degree is essential.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Good knowledge of architectural planning and construction details.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Creative approach with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
