Job Title: Ecwid E-Commerce Store Developer
About the Job
We are looking for an experienced Ecwid developer to build, manage, and grow e-commerce stores for our clients. You will handle everything from store setup and customization to SEO and ongoing store management.
Responsibilities
- Build and customize Ecwid stores as per client requirements
- Manage and maintain existing Ecwid stores
- Optimize store pages for Google rankings (on-page SEO, product page SEO, site speed)
- Handle product listings, categories, and catalog management
- Set up payment gateways, shipping methods, and third-party integrations
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on live stores
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Ecwid
- Strong knowledge of Ecwid Storefront API and REST API
- Experience with e-commerce SEO and Google ranking strategies
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Familiarity with third-party tools like Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Google Tag Manager
- Good English communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Good to Have
- Experience with Italian or European e-commerce markets
- Knowledge of multilingual store setup
- Familiarity with multinational ecosystem
