About the Role
RIGGEAR is a leading brand for mobile accessories on Amazon India. We are currently expanding our product catalog into car accessories and growing our newly launched independent Shopify D2C channel.
We are seeking an experienced, operations-driven E-commerce manager to manage our multi-channel sales channels, oversee distributed warehouse logistics, and manage daily team workflows.
Key Responsibilities1. Shopify D2C Channel Management
- Manage the day-to-day operations of our Shopify store, focusing on user experience, conversion funnel optimization, and customer retention metrics.
- Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing and growth strategies to increase independent website order volume.
- Collaborate with the creative team to build organic brand engagement and conceptualize social media marketing campaigns.
2. Inventory Control & Stock Optimization
- Audit stock across multi-state fulfillment centers and execute targeted liquidation strategies for slow-moving inventory.
- Implement inventory forecasting and replenishment models to prevent stockouts during major marketplace sales events.
3. Quick-Commerce & Channel Expansion
- Lead the onboarding, cataloging, and operational strategy for quick-commerce platforms.
- Identify and launch our product catalog on alternative digital marketplaces to improve brand distribution.
4. Team Governance & Process Implementation
- Oversee and allocate daily tasks for the in-house operations team (Graphic Designers, Ad Managers, and E-commerce Executives).
- Create and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for product listing quality, backend SEO, and account health monitoring.
- Evaluate ongoing team bandwidth and coordinate the hiring of additional full-time personnel or interns as required.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
