We are looking for an experienced System Administrator to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and performance of Windows servers and cloud-based virtual machines. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Windows Server Administration, Infrastructure Security, Server Hardening, Patch Management, and Cloud VM Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and administer Virtual Machines (VMs) on cloud platforms.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Servers (2012/2016/2019/2022).
- Perform Infrastructure Security at both Operating System and Application levels.
- Conduct Vulnerability Assessment (VA) remediation and implement security fixes.
- Apply OS and application patches regularly and ensure compliance.
- Perform server hardening based on industry security standards.
- Configure and manage IIS 8.5/10.0 and Apache 2.4.x web servers.
- Monitor server health, system performance, and availability.
- Troubleshoot server, application, and infrastructure-related issues.
- Maintain system documentation, installation procedures, architecture diagrams, and change records.
- Evaluate, implement, and maintain new infrastructure tools and technologies.
- Collaborate with internal teams for infrastructure planning and issue resolution.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Windows Server 2012/2016/2019/2022.
- Experience in Cloud VM Administration (Azure/AWS/GCP).
- Strong knowledge of Infrastructure Security and Server Administration.
- Experience in Vulnerability Assessment (VA) remediation.
- Knowledge of OS Hardening and Patch Management.
- Hands-on experience with IIS 8.5/10.0.
- Experience with Apache 2.4.x.
- Good understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, Firewall).
- Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with PowerShell scripting.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy.
- Experience with Backup & Disaster Recovery solutions.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and automation.
Educational Qualification
- MCA / B.Tech / B.E. (IT, Computer Science, Electronics & Communication)
Preferred Certifications
- Microsoft Certified (Windows Server / Azure)
- Azure Administrator (AZ-104)
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
- Security-related certifications will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
