1. Lead Management & Conversion (Primary Responsibility)
1.1 Lead Calling & Qualification
- Call all assigned leads within defined TAT (preferably within 5 to 10 minutes of allocation).
- Understand investor profile: budget, funding source, ticket size, investment horizon, and ROI expectation.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria:
- Loan eligibility or liquidity
- Convert raw leads into Qualified Investment Leads (QILs).
- Fix meetings / Zoom calls with Dubai sales team for qualified prospects.
1.2 Follow Ups & Nurturing
- Maintain structured follow up cycles: Day 1, Day 3, Day 7, weekly, monthly as required.
- Nurture warm leads through:
- Re engage cold leads periodically with new offers or market insights.
- Maintain high response rate and conversion consistency.
1.3 Conversion Metrics Ownership
- Continuously improve qualification to booking ratio.
2. CRM, Reporting & Data Discipline
2.1 CRM Management
- Lead category (hot, warm, cold)
- Maintain 100 percent data hygiene.
2.2 Reporting
- Submit daily report covering:
- Weekly performance summary with insights.
- Maintain Excel tracker backup for transparency.
2.3 Lead Quality Monitoring
- Analyse daily lead quality.
- Provide structured feedback to marketing team for improvement.
3. Content & Marketing Collaboration
3.1 Content Ideation
- Research relevant Dubai real estate reels, YouTube videos, competitor ads, investor education content.
- Funding structure breakdowns
- Track trending hooks and formats.
3.2 Content Creation Support
- Talking points for founders or Dubai team
- Investor education content
- Coordinate with marketing team for:
3.3 Performance Feedback Loop
- Share feedback from calls about:
- Improve ad messaging to attract higher intent investors.
4. Market Intelligence & Learning
4.1 Dubai Real Estate Knowledge
- Capital appreciation zones
- Funding options for Indians
4.2 Coordination with Dubai Team
- Attend weekly training calls.
- Qualified lead definition
- Share Indian investor insights.
5. Investor Experience Management
- Act as first point of trust for Indian investors.
- Educate investors clearly without misrepresentation.
- Ensure smooth handover to Dubai closing team.
- Track post meeting feedback and assist in second level follow ups.
- Maintain professional communication at all times.
6. Process Improvement & Strategy Support
- Scripts and objection handling
- Assist in setting up scalable systems as vertical grows.
7. Performance KPIs
