We are a leading manufacturer of HT/LT electrical line materials, including conductors, insulators, hardware fittings, and allied products. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to manage our finance, accounting, taxation, and inventory functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting in Tally Prime/ERP.
- Record purchase, sales, journal, payment, receipt, and contra entries.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements.
- Handle GST compliance including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9 and E-way Bills.
- Deduct and deposit TDS and prepare TDS returns.
- Maintain inventory accounting and stock reconciliation with the stores department.
- Verify purchase orders, goods receipt notes (GRNs), and supplier invoices.
- Monitor raw material, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods records.
- Assist in product costing and manufacturing cost analysis.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, Trial Balance, Profit & Loss Account, and Balance Sheet.
- Coordinate with auditors, bankers, GST consultants, and statutory authorities.
- Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation schedules.
- Process employee reimbursements and support payroll accounting.
- Ensure statutory compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, EPF, ESI, and other applicable laws.
- Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
- Support management with budgeting, cash flow planning, and financial analysis.
Required Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com (CA Inter or CMA Inter preferred).
- 2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing industry.
- Experience with Tally Prime (ERP knowledge is an advantage).
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and accounting standards.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, IF, basic reporting).
- Knowledge of inventory accounting and manufacturing processes will be preferred.

Preferred Experience
Candidates having experience in electrical equipment, engineering, cable, conductor, transformer, or other manufacturing industries will be given preference.
