Job Title: Visa Counselor
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Counsel clients regarding study and tourist visa options for countries like Canada, UK, Australia, Europe, etc.
- Understand client profiles and suggest the most suitable visa pathway.
- Provide accurate information about eligibility, documentation, and visa procedures.
- Handle walk-ins, calls, and online inquiries professionally.
- Convert leads into enrollments through effective counseling and follow-ups.
- Guide clients on documentation requirements and coordinate with the visa filing team.
- Assist clients in course selection, universities/colleges, and country selection (for study visas).
- Maintain proper records of client interactions and follow-up status.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for referrals and repeat business.
Experience:
- Minimum 1–3 years in visa counseling / immigration (preferred)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
