- Manage day-to-day operations of the fuel station efficiently.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of pump staff and cashiers.
- Monitor fuel stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Maintain daily sales reports, cash handling, and shift closing activities.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Monitor cleanliness, safety standards, and discipline at the station.
- Coordinate with accounts and management regarding reports and operational updates.
- Ensure proper maintenance of fuel dispensing machines and equipment.
- Handle staff attendance, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
- Achieve sales targets and improve operational efficiency.
