Are you a passionate professional with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (Techno - Functional) Lead or Architect level experience in Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement) and/or Finance & Operations (F&O) implementations.
What we are Looking For : We are looking for 6+ Years a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Techno-Functional Consultant with strong experience in Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement) and/or Finance & Operations (F&O) implementations. The candidate should have hands-on expertise in requirement gathering, solution design, customization, configuration, integrations, and end-to-end implementation lifecycle.
Job Description :
· Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
· Design and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/F&O solutions based on business needs.
· Configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules.
· Participate in end-to-end implementation, upgrade, and support projects.
· Prepare functional and technical design documents.
· Collaborate with development teams for customizations and integrations.
· Perform data migration, data validation, and testing activities.
· Configure workflows, business rules, dashboards, forms, and reports.
· Integrate Dynamics 365 with third-party applications using APIs, Power Platform, and Azure services.
· Conduct UAT sessions and provide user training/documentation.
· Troubleshoot system issues and provide production support.
· Ensure best practices and Microsoft standards are followed during implementations.
Technical Skills :
- Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and/or F&O.
- Knowledge of:
- Dynamics 365 CRM Modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service)
- Finance & Operations modules
- Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Dataverse/Data Entities
- Plugins, Workflows, Custom APIs
- JavaScript, C#, .NET
- SSRS Reports
- Azure Integrations
- REST/SOAP APIs
- Dual Write / Data Management Framework (DMF)
- Experience with customization and configuration.
- Understanding of security roles and business process flows.
- Experience in integrations and data migration activities.
- Experience with Power Pages.
- Knowledge of Copilot AI features in Dynamics 365.
- Azure DevOps exposure.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
Functional Skills :
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to convert business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Good documentation and client-handling skills.
- Experience in conducting workshops and demos.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certifications preferred.
- Experience in multiple end-to-end implementation projects.
- Exposure to global client environments.
