Job Summary
We are looking for a Civil Engineer with minimum 1 year of experience for CSE Retail Sales of FRP Rebar and TMT Sariya. The candidate will be responsible for retail sales, customer handling, site visits, product promotion, and developing business with dealers, contractors, builders, and project customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle retail sales of FRP Rebar and TMT Sariya.
- Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, contractors, builders, and civil engineers.
- Generate new sales opportunities through field visits and customer meetings.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Visit construction sites and provide basic technical/product support.
- Read and understand civil drawings and construction drawings.
- Prepare and explain basic drawings/details using AutoCAD.
- Coordinate with customers regarding quotations, orders, delivery, and follow-ups.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
- Prepare regular sales and visit reports.
Required Skills
- AutoCAD knowledge is mandatory.
- Must be able to read and understand civil drawings.
- Good knowledge of basic civil engineering concepts.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Field sales and business-development skills.
- Basic knowledge of FRP Rebar and TMT Sariya will be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel for customer and site visits.
Eligibility
- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in sales, construction, building materials, TMT, reinforcement steel, FRP Rebar, or a related field.
- Candidates with experience in retail/project sales will be preferred.
- Must be comfortable with field work and customer visits.
Preferred Candidate
A Civil Engineer who combines technical knowledge + AutoCAD/drawing skills + field sales ability and can independently handle customers and generate retail sales.

Salary: 30000 -40000
Reporting To: Sales Manager / Business Head
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
