Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated, energetic, and experienced Physical Education Teacher to lead and develop the physical education and sports activities of our students. The candidate should have strong knowledge of sports, fitness, discipline, and student training.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular Physical Education classes for students from KG to Grade 12.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate physical fitness and sports activities.
- Coach students in various indoor and outdoor sports.
- Identify and develop students with sports potential.
- Prepare students for inter-school, district, state, and other competitions.
- Organize and coordinate sports events, competitions, and Annual Sports Day.
- Maintain discipline, safety, and proper conduct during sports activities.
- Ensure proper maintenance and usage of sports equipment and facilities.
- Maintain records of student participation, achievements, and sports activities.
- Encourage teamwork, leadership, fitness, and a healthy lifestyle among students.
- Support the school in extracurricular and co-curricular activities when required.
Eligibility & Skills
- Degree/Diploma in Physical Education such as B.P.Ed., M.P.Ed., or equivalent qualification.
- Relevant teaching/coaching experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of multiple sports and physical fitness activities.
- Strong communication and student-handling skills.
- Ability to motivate and train students effectively.
- Good organizational and leadership skills.
- Candidates with experience in school-level sports coaching and competitions will be preferred.
Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
Joining
