Mandatory Requirements
- Only genuine bench profiles will be considered.
- LinkedIn profile is mandatory.
- Strong hands-on Salesforce Data Cloud implementation experience.
- Candidate must be comfortable working in the US shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement Salesforce Data Cloud data models, ingestion pipelines, transformations, and identity-resolution rules.
- Configure data streams, Data Model Object mappings, unification rules, segmentation, calculated insights, and activation targets.
- Develop solutions using:
- Apex
- Lightning Web Components
- Salesforce Flows
- Platform Events
- REST APIs
- Enable Data Cloud → Agentforce → GTCS data flows supporting AI-driven use cases such as approvals, bid authoring, forecasting, and exception management.
- Build and enhance integrations with SAP, Snowflake, GPM, and UDH using APIs, connectors, and Zero Copy patterns.
- Support Data Cloud governance, including data quality, lineage, monitoring, security, and performance tuning.
- Work closely with solution architects, data engineers, and GTCS product teams during sprint delivery.
- Troubleshoot ingestion failures, identity-resolution issues, data-quality defects, integration errors, and complex GTCS data dependencies.
- Support testing, deployment, production rollout, and post-production stabilization.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of overall Salesforce development experience.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Data Streams
- Data Lake Objects and Data Model Objects
- Data Mapping
- Identity Resolution
- Profile Unification
- Segmentation and Activation
- Calculated Insights
- Advanced experience in Apex, LWC, Flows, Platform Events, and REST integrations.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM data architecture.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with Snowflake, SAP, GPM, UDH, or similar enterprise platforms.
- Experience with API-based integrations, connectors, and Zero Copy architecture.
- Strong debugging, data analysis, and performance-optimization skills.
- Experience with data-quality controls, monitoring, lineage, and governance.
Preferred Experience
- Salesforce Agentforce integration experience.
- Understanding of GTCS CRM processes.
- Experience with tender, bid, contract, customer, and product-master data.
- Experience supporting AI-agent use cases.
- Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant certification.
- Salesforce Platform Developer certification.
- Experience working with globally distributed teams.
