Rashmi Bhalla Project Consultants is a Project Management Consultancy specializing in construction and architecture projects. We are seeking a Civil Billing Engineer to manage billing, BOQs, cost tracking, and contractor bill verification across multiple ongoing construction projects.
This role is ideal for someone with 2-5 years of experience in construction billing who enjoys working closely with site teams, contractors, and project managers to ensure accurate financial control and timely project execution.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and manage project billing and invoices for multiple construction sites
* Verify contractor bills, measurements, and payment claims
* Prepare and maintain BOQs for civil and interior works
* Monitor project costs and support budget tracking
* Track payment status and coordinate with vendors, contractors, and clients
* Maintain billing records, MIS reports, and Excel trackers
* Support commercial documentation, quotations, and tender submissions when required
Requirements
* Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering
* 2-5 years of experience in construction billing, quantity surveying, or project controls
* Strong knowledge of RA billing, BOQs, and quantity calculationsGood command of Excel and project cost tracking
* Ability to manage billing activities across multiple projects simultaneously
* Excellent coordination and communication skills
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
