Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative, strategic, and result-oriented Brand Manager to lead the branding, marketing, and communication activities of our real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for developing brand identity, increasing project visibility, generating quality leads, and maintaining a premium brand image across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute branding and marketing strategies for residential and commercial projects.
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, agencies, and content creators for campaign execution.
- Handle social media branding, content planning, and online reputation management.
- Create marketing materials such as brochures, hoardings, site branding, presentations, newspaper ads, and promotional videos.
- Plan and execute project launches, events, exhibitions, channel partner meets, and promotional activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to improve brand positioning.
- Work closely with the sales team to generate leads and improve conversion-focused campaigns.
- Manage PR activities, influencer collaborations, and media communications.
- Ensure brand consistency across all online and offline communication.
- Coordinate with architects, CRM, sales, and management teams for marketing requirements.
- Track campaign performance, ROI, and monthly marketing reports.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of real estate branding and marketing.
- Expertise in digital marketing and social media management.
- Excellent communication, creative thinking, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and lead generation strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
- Understanding of luxury branding and premium customer psychology.
- Good coordination and team management abilities.
- Basic understanding of photography, videography, and creative direction is preferred.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Branding, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
- 3–8 years of experience in branding/marketing.
- Prior experience in the real estate industry will be preferred.
