Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks.
- Maintain office records, documents, and filing systems.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and team members.
- Manage office supplies, schedules, and appointments.
- Assist in preparing reports, invoices, and other documentation.
- Support the team in ensuring efficient office operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Social Media, etc.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience of 1–3 years in administrative or office support roles is preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
