Key Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation:Engaging with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and needs to tailor travel plans accordingly.
- Destination Research:Staying up-to-date on various destinations, including attractions, local customs, weather conditions, and travel requirements.
- Itinerary Planning:Creating detailed travel itineraries that include flights, accommodations, transportation, tours, and activities.
- Booking Reservations:Making reservations for flights, hotels, rental cars, tours, and other travel services.
- Providing Expert Advice:Offering recommendations and guidance on travel options, destinations, and potential issues.
- Staying Updated:Keeping abreast of travel trends, industry news, and any changes in travel regulations.
- Relationship Management:Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and travel vendors.
- Customer Service:Providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
- Sales and Promotion:Selling holiday packages and promoting travel deals.
- Record Keeping:Maintaining accurate records of client bookings and transactions
