We are hiringfor Customer Support Executives for the Traya Voice Process. In this role, you will act as the direct link between Traya and its consumers, managing end-to-end voice support for hair and wellness products.
Job Highlights:
- Salary: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Call Management: Efficiently manage both inbound customer inquiries and outbound follow-up calls.
- Issue Resolution: Provide precise product information, troubleshoot customer issues, and turn complaints into positive experiences.
- CRM Documentation: Maintain thorough, accurate records of all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the system.
- Performance Metrics: Consistently meet daily productivity, quality assurance, and compliance targets.
Requirements & Eligibility:
- Experience: 0 to 5 years (Freshers are welcome).
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred. Non-graduates require a minimum of 1 year of continuous BPO/Voice experience.
- Language (Mandatory): High proficiency in English & Hindi, plus at least one of the following: Kannada, Tamil, or Telugu.
- Skills: Exceptional active listening, objection-handling capabilities, and basic computer/CRM literacy.
