We are looking for a warm, confident, and relationship-driven Student Counselor who can connect with prospective students, understand their career aspirations, and guide them in choosing the right learning path.
This role focuses on student counselling, relationship building, and structured follow-ups rather than aggressive sales. The ideal candidate should be passionate about helping students make informed career decisions while delivering an exceptional admission experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle student enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, and website leads.
- Counsel prospective students by understanding their educational background, career goals, and concerns.
- Provide accurate information about Datameris Launchpad programs, curriculum, career opportunities, and learning outcomes.
- Build trust-based relationships with students and parents throughout the admission journey.
- Conduct regular and timely follow-ups with prospective students.
- Maintain accurate lead records, counselling notes, and admission status in CRM or internal systems.
- Share brochures, course details, videos, and other learning resources when required.
- Assist students with the admission process, documentation, fee guidance, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with the Marketing and Operations teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Achieve admission targets through quality counselling and relationship management.
- Stay updated with program offerings, industry trends, and competitor information.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Student Counselling, Admissions, EdTech, Educational Institutions, or Training Centers.
- Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
