HR MANAGER
Charaas Meat and Foods is seeking an experienced and result-oriented HR Manager to lead the Human Resources function across our corporate office, retail outlets, and production units. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership abilities, strategic HR knowledge, and hands-on experience in managing end-to-end HR operations, employee relations, compliance, recruitment, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage complete recruitment lifecycle from manpower planning to onboarding.
- Develop effective recruitment strategies for corporate, retail, and production roles.
- Coordinate with consultants, job portals, and recruitment agencies.
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates.
- Ensure timely closure of manpower requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
2. Employee Onboarding & Induction
- Plan and execute employee onboarding programs.
- Ensure completion of joining formalities and documentation.
- Conduct employee orientation and induction sessions.
- Monitor probation and confirmation processes.
3. HR Operations
- Oversee attendance, leave, shift management, and employee records.
- Maintain HRIS and employee databases.
- Ensure accurate employee documentation and file management.
- Monitor HR processes and recommend improvements.
4. Payroll & Compensation
- Coordinate monthly payroll processing with the Accounts team.
- Verify attendance, overtime, incentives, deductions, and statutory compliance.
- Handle salary revisions, promotions, and increment processes.
- Support budgeting and manpower cost planning.
5. Performance Management
- Develop and monitor KPIs/KRAs for employees.
- Conduct performance review cycles.
- Assist department heads in employee performance evaluations.
- Recommend promotions, transfers, and development plans.
6. Employee Engagement
- Build a positive work culture.
- Conduct employee engagement activities.
- Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Promote employee satisfaction and retention.
7. HR Policies & Compliance
- Develop and implement HR policies and SOPs.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations.
- Maintain statutory records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate internal audits related to HR compliance.
8. Training & Development
- Identify employee training needs.
- Organize technical, behavioural, and leadership training programs.
- Monitor employee skill development and career progression.
9. Industrial Relations
- Handle employee disciplinary issues professionally.
- Conduct domestic enquiries when required.
- Resolve workplace conflicts.
- Maintain healthy employee-management relations.
10. HR Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare weekly and monthly HR reports.
- Track recruitment metrics, attrition, absenteeism, employee turnover, and manpower status.
- Present HR dashboards to management with actionable insights.
11. Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor the HR team.
- Allocate responsibilities and monitor performance.
- Ensure timely completion of HR activities.
- Drive continuous improvement within the HR department.
Required Qualifications
- MBA/MSW/MHRM or equivalent in Human Resources.
- Minimum 14 years of HR experience.
- Prior experience managing a team is preferred.
- Strong understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Experience in payroll coordination and HR operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary
₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month
