We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor & Estimator with deep, hands-on precast concrete experience someone who understands not just general civil QS practice but the specific cost structures, material flows, production efficiencies, and contractual dynamics of precast manufacturing and project execution.

Key Skills & Experience:
-Hands-on QS experience on precast concrete projects — this is non-negotiable
-Demonstrated experience in precast factory setups, precast infrastructure projects, or precast product manufacturing environments strongly preferred
Technical Skills:
-Proficiency in reading and interpreting structural drawings, precast shop drawings, and erection plans
-Strong command of BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and cost modelling
-Proficient in MS Excel for cost models and reporting; experience with QS or ERP software is an advantage
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
