Store Cum Dispatch Supervisor

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organized Store Cum Dispatch Supervisor to oversee store operations, inventory management, and dispatch activities. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and experience in warehouse or store management.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily store and dispatch operations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
- Coordinate inward and outward movement of materials.
- Ensure timely dispatch of goods as per customer requirements.
- Monitor loading and unloading activities.
- Conduct periodic stock verification and reconciliation.
- Maintain proper storage, housekeeping, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with production, purchase, and logistics teams.
- Lead and supervise store assistants and warehouse staff.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in store, warehouse, or dispatch operations.
- Preferred candidates above 35+ years.
- Candidates in Trivandrum within 15 km Circle more preference.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
