· Responsible for closing open positions as per business requirements within the defined timelines.
· Handle the complete end-to-end recruitment process, from understanding hiring needs to successful candidate onboarding.
· Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various job portals, social media platforms, and internal databases.
· Coordinate and align interviews with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient selection process.
· Manage the onboarding, training coordination, and joining formalities to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
· Maintain effective stakeholder management by collaborating closely with hiring managers and leadership teams.
Pay: Up to ₹27,000.00 per month
