Experience - 3 to 6 yr
Location - The Saavira, Gurugram, Sector 48
Job Purpose
Ensure all structural and civil elements are set out accurately as per approved drawings. Responsible for precise levelling, alignment checks, and maintaining survey records throughout the project.
Key Responsibilities
– Setting Out: Set out building lines, column grids, and floor levels as per architectural and structural drawings
– Mark out footing excavations, plinth levels, and slab top levels
– Establish and maintain permanent benchmark references on site
– Quality & Checks: Conduct dimensional checks during RCC and masonry construction
– Verify alignment and plumb of columns, walls, and beams
– Record and report deviations for correction before next stage
– Instrumentation: Operate Total Station, Auto Level, and Theodolite
– Maintain, calibrate, and safe-keep all survey instruments
– Documentation: Prepare survey records, level books, and as-built drawings
– Provide measurement data to Billing Engineer for quantity verification
– Coordination: Coordinate with Structural and MEP teams to confirm embedments and openings before pouring
Qualifications & Competencies
Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering / Surveying; Total Station operation certificate preferred
Key Competencies: Total Station & Auto Level | Drawing Reading | Accuracy & Precision | AutoCAD Basics | Record Keeping | Site Coordination
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
