Role Description The JEE Physics Faculty will deliver high-quality, concept-focused instruction to students preparing for JEE and related competitive exams in an on-site classroom setting located in Latehar. This full-time role includes planning and conducting engaging lectures, problem-solving sessions, and doubt-clearing classes, as well as creating and reviewing assignments, tests, and learning materials aligned with the JEE syllabus. The faculty member will track student performance, provide individualized academic guidance, and adapt teaching strategies to different learning needs. The role also involves collaborating with other educators and academic coordinators to refine curriculum, contribute to content development, and maintain updated knowledge of exam patterns and syllabus changes. Faculty are expected to foster a motivating, inclusive classroom environment that helps learners build strong fundamentals and exam confidence.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in core Physics concepts relevant to JEE, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly and systematically.
- Knowledge in specialized areas such as Theoretical Physics and Astronomy, enabling deeper insights and advanced problem-solving when required.
- Expertise in Physics Education and pedagogy, including experience designing lesson plans, assessments, and interactive learning activities.
- Solid proficiency in Mathematics at the level required for JEE, especially in topics that directly support Physics problem-solving.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physics or a closely related discipline; higher qualifications and competitive exam teaching experience are preferred.
- Prior experience teaching JEE or similar competitive examinations, with a record of helping students improve performance.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills, with an ability to engage diverse learners in an inclusive and respectful manner.
- Comfort with educational technology tools for content delivery, performance tracking, and student interaction.
- Ability to work full time on-site in Latehar, demonstrating reliability, professionalism, and a learner-first mindset.
Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
