Why you’re here
You will support high-quality, digitally enabled project delivery by developing, coordinating, and maintaining BIM models across global projects. Working as part of the Global Digital Design Team, you will apply consistent standards, workflows, and ISO 19650-aligned processes to ensure accurate, coordinated, and efficient project outcomes.
What you’re responsible for
- Develop accurate BIM models in Revit across disciplines, aligned to Unispace standards and project requirements
- Produce base build, core and shell, and Scan-to-BIM models to support design and documentation
- Create and manage Revit families and project-specific content
- Support model setup, documentation, and project delivery requirements
- Support multi-disciplinary coordination across globally distributed project teams
- Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks and/or ACC Model Coordination
- Collaborate with designers, architects, and engineers to ensure coordinated model outputs
- Support efficient model handover and project close-out
- Ensure adherence to BIM standards, naming conventions, and documentation protocols
- Apply ISO 19650-aligned processes across project delivery
- Conduct model health checks, audits, and resolve technical issues
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of BIM templates, libraries, and workflows
- Set up and manage BIM360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) environments, including folder structures, permissions, and workflows
- Support BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and associated documentation
- Provide hands-on technical support to project teams using Revit and related tools
- Collaborate with Digital Integration and IT teams on tools, updates, and improvements
- Work effectively across regions and time zones to support global project delivery
- Build strong working relationships across disciplines and teams
- Demonstrate a proactive, reliable, and solutions-oriented approach
- Contribute to a culture of continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and improvement

Your experience and skills
- Degree in Architecture with 4–8 years of BIM project experience
- Strong Revit skills with experience in Navisworks and BIM360 / ACC
- Experience working on multidisciplinary, global projects
- Understanding of ISO 19650 and BIM standards
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive with a hands-on approach
- Experience supporting model coordination, documentation, and technical troubleshooting
