Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Joinery Estimator to join our growing team in India. You will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, BOQs, material take-offs, and pricing support for office furniture, joinery, and interior fit-out projects. We are looking for someone who understands materials, hardware, drawings, and production requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Estimation & Costing: Prepare accurate estimates for office furniture, joinery items, workstations, storage units, reception counters, and interior projects.
BOQ Preparation: Prepare BOQs, material take-offs, and costing sheets based on drawings and specifications.
Drawing Review: Read AutoCAD drawings, layouts, technical details, and client requirements.
Material Calculation: Estimate boards, laminates, hardware, fittings, glass, metal, labor, and installation requirements.
Coordination: Work with sales, design, procurement, and production teams to ensure accurate pricing and smooth project execution.
Experience: Minimum 8–10 years of experience in joinery, furniture, interiors, or fit-out estimation.
Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of furniture materials, boards, laminates, hardware, fittings, and production methods.
Software: Strong Excel skills are required; AutoCAD knowledge is preferred.
Accuracy: Must be detail-oriented and able to prepare reliable estimates with minimal errors.
Attitude: Responsible, practical, cost-conscious, and able to work under deadlines.
As part of your interview you will be required to bring your costing sheet for the interviewer to review.
