Job Summary:
RISEUP Service is seeking an experienced and professional CRM Manager to join our team near PAU Road, Ferozepur Road, Ludhiana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing our CRM processes, managing the team, and ensuring seamless coordination between the sales and accounts departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer relationships and oversee all CRM-related workflows.
- Lead and mentor a team to ensure high-performance service delivery.
- Coordinate effectively between Sales and Accounts departments.
- Oversee timely follow-ups and facilitate the collection of customer payments.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and professional communication.
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of proven experience in CRM management and team handling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage daily operations with a focus on efficiency and results.
Job Details:
- Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month.
- Location: Near PAU Road, Ferozepur Road, Ludhiana.
- Timing: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM.
